LAM is a ministry of "People Helping People." Since the very beginning Jim and Pam have had no desire to re-invent the wheel, so they have always endeavored to cooperate with existing ministries, churches and faith based groups to accomplish what they feel is a mandate from God found in Luke 9:13 "But He said to them, You give them something to eat. And they said, We have no more than five loaves and two fish, unless we go and buy food for all these people."

Jim first traveled to Cuba and began the journey of Latin American Ministry in May of 2000. Many countries and miles behind him, he now preaches in Spanish, pilots his own airpane and has witnessed first hand what God can do with someone who will surrender.  Who is Latin American Ministry you ask?  LAM is a 501 (c) 3 Non-profit ministry that is involved first hand with feeding hungry children, and encouraging people from all walks of life to reach for their dream, even if it seems too big for them. 

Jesus made something out of nothing and Jim and Pam feel that if he did it once, he can do it again. That has been the premise of this ministry since its inception. They have coined a phrase which they repeat daily to themselves. "Jim and Pam spend their lives doing what people say can't be done!"  Who is LAM?
